Bringing Mexico's deep-rooted history, colorful culture and special flavors that have a special place among world cuisines to our country, the venue is preparing to open new branches in Kanyon and Kıyı İstanbul, and is establishing its first corner venue in Zorlu PSM. 

“In the last 20 years, the Mexican flavors we have offered in our restaurants, while remaining true to the original, have been very popular in Istanbul and Ankara. During this process, we have received many requests from different parts of Turkey, especially from big cities,” said the Ranchero Family, adding that they currently serve with a total of 8 branches, including those in Ankara, and that they plan to open 2 new restaurants in Istanbul, along with the first example of our corner concept, and new Rancheros in different cities in 2025. 

Ranchero Restaurant, run by a Mexican & Turkish family, has brought Mexico to Turkey with its ambiance, original dishes, magnificent margaritas and special cocktails that accompany these flavors. The venue, which has been bringing real Mexican flavors prepared by real Mexicans to its taste lovers for 20 years, continues its steady growth. Ranchero, which provides service with its Suadiye, Nişantaşı, Ataşehir Watergarden and Büyükyalı Fişekhane branches in Istanbul, will soon reach 6 branches in the mega city with its new restaurants to be opened in Kanyon and Kıyı İstanbul. Ranchero, which has branches in Maidan, Armada, One Tower and Atakule in Ankara outside of Istanbul, aims to introduce Mexican flavors to different cities in Turkey with the franchise model it has implemented. 

Ranchero's First Corner Concept Will Be Launched at Zorlu PSM

Ranchero's mobile kitchen, which serves healthy and delicious fast food menus from tacos to burritos, nachos to burgers, especially at festivals and events, has attracted great attention everywhere it goes. Ranchero is establishing its first corner concept venue inspired by the caravan kitchen at Zorlu PSM. It is planned to increase the number of Ranchero corners in the coming period and reach more food lovers. 

For 20 years, it has not compromised on original recipes. It produces many products in its own facilities.

Ranchero, which those who have tasted Mexican food before say “It’s the same here as it is in Mexico”, has a rich menu that includes original recipes dating back thousands of years to the Aztecs and Mayans, accompanied by over 40 sauces and special drinks. The corn chips, nachos, tortillas and patented sauces served alongside many dishes are prepared in special machines at the brand’s production facility in Istanbul and served fresh daily. 

Born from Love, Continues to Grow with Love.

It greets its guests with the slogan “Celebra La Tradicion” which means “celebrate traditions” in Turkish. Ranchero has a very interesting and different story of its establishment. The current manager of the venue, Rıza Tanyeri, met Mexican Patricia Gonzalez in London where he went for language education in the late 70s, got married in Mexico and then settled in Kozlu, Zonguldak. Patricia Gonzalez Tanyeri, who was the first and only Mexican bride in Turkey at the time, took the name Selma. The family came to Istanbul in 1989. Rıza Tanyeri, who has a special interest in gastronomy, opened their first restaurant named RANCHERO, which means native of Mexico, in Suadiye in May 2005 with his wife Selma Patricia Gonzalez Tanyeri, who is quite knowledgeable about Mexican food, and their children, under the consultancy of their relatives who are restaurant owners in Mexico. Born out of Turkish and Mexican love, Ranchero continues to grow in its 20th year with the interest and love of Mexican cuisine enthusiasts.

The main course features lamb served with chestnut cream, truffle sauce, and roasted shallots. The evening's dessert finale is the Golden Ember, a warm chocolate soufflé with gingerbread spices, honey pecan ice cream, and caramelized pecans.
