The first special brunch of the year to be held at IST TOO offers a rich gastronomic journey ranging from Michelin Green Star farm-to-table dishes to the iconic flavors of the Black Sea, from the elegant touches of British cuisine to the prominent flavors of Italian and authentic Chinese cuisine. This unique market experience, crowned with chefs' signature dishes at live stations, promises an unforgettable brunch pleasure.

In this special brunch, which is being organized for the sixth time and takes place once a month, famous chefs of Turkish and world cuisine will once again make their mark on the gastronomy world in Istanbul with their signature dishes that they will present on their live stations. 8 famous chefs who transform gastronomy into art with their rich signature flavors from Naples to English cuisine, from the Black Sea to the Far East, from farm to table and seafood, will come together at the same time and in the same venue to create an insatiable feast of flavors once again.
The Trademarks of Gastronomy Will Meet
At the first special brunch event of 2025, Grandma's Wonderland Michelin Green Star Chef Buğra Özdemir, will present award-winning signature dishes to guests. From Samsun Fora Executive Chef Abdullah Erdemir, iconic Black Sea Foods while taking part in brunch with the award-winning seafood restaurant Del Mare's Executive Chef Serkan Pakkan da will add color to the brunch with unusual flavors. From Naples Founder of Nello's ve Executive Chef Nello Croce will showcase unique Italian dishes. He has received the title of “Certified Culinary Educator” from the World Chefs Association. Nişantaşı University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Kitchen Director Chef David Shipman will provide guests with enjoyable moments at this special brunch.
A Different Gastronomy Feast at Each Stop
Famous Italian Cheese Master Cosimo Rotolo, winner of 3 Black-Tie Awards from Napoli Antica's special specialties will once again take their place among the eagerly awaited flavors of the event. Shangri-La Bosphorus Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano, Representing Chinese and Cantonese cuisine, Shang Palace Chef de Cuisine Cheng Lu, will offer guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
Shang Brunch Vol.6 will offer guests a festival-like experience by offering them the opportunity to meet famous chefs one-on-one and try their signature dishes prepared at live stations.
Additionally, live jazz music, Le Bar's special cocktails and special activities for the little ones will add colour to this special day.
