Alshaya Starbucks Turkey has taken an important step as of the new term and is starting to offer free alternative herbal flavors such as oat, almond or soy for all beverages in order to meet the demands and expectations of its guests at the highest level. This innovation further enriches the personalized beverage experience and offers alternatives that appeal to everyone's taste while also contributing to sustainability with an environmentally friendly approach.
Guests will now be able to personalize their favorite beverages from Starbucks' wide range of beverages, including oat, almond and soy options, which are plant-based alternatives to milk.
Plant-based alternatives to milk not only add flavor to beverages, but also reduce carbon footprints by using less water and energy in production processes. Starbucks is once again demonstrating its commitment to a sustainable future by offering coffee lovers an environmentally friendly beverage experience.
Alshaya Starbucks Turkey aims to further enrich the personalization experience of its guests by offering them a wide range of alternatives for their drinks with this application, which will be valid in all of its stores in the new period.
About Starbucks
Our story began in 1971. At the time, we were retailing roasted and ground coffee, tea, and spices from a single store in Seattle's Pike Place Market. Today, we have the privilege of connecting with millions of guests in more than 80 markets every day.
In Turkey and the Middle East and North Africa region, Starbucks stores are operated by Alshaya Group in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates. We employ more than 8000 partners (employees) in Turkey alone.
Every day, we go to work hoping for two things: to share great coffee with our friends and to help make the world a little better. That was the case when the first Starbucks opened in 1971, and it's the same today. We have been sharing the same great coffee experience in Turkey since 2003.
Starbucks' mission statement is more than just words on paper—it's a philosophy that guides how business is done every day. Our mission is, “With every cup, every conversation, every community—we nurture the limitless possibilities of human connection.”
