The night was specially prepared with Malfy Gin and Codigo Tequila Signature Cocktails It began with a refreshing aroma and creative presentations, inviting guests on an evening of gastronomic exploration. At dinner, the chefs presented their signature dishes to the guests.
Aret SahakyanThe rice dish, enriched with spices, sea urchin, and coffee aromas, offered an extraordinary depth to the palate. Bühner's second course, poached lobster in vanilla butter sauce, was flavored with the balanced spiciness of Urfa pepper, and served alongside Prodom Viognier The wine completed the flavor profile of the plate with its silky texture and floral aromas.
The "Signature Dining Experience" series, part of the Gault&Millau Türkiye Tour, which brings together important gastronomic destinations from all over Türkiye with international chefs, continues to add a different dimension to gastronomic culture at each meeting.
