Dedeman Quality in the Homeland with the Suites & Residences Brand

With Dedeman Suites & Residences Gaziveren Cyprus, which will consist of 100 apartments within the Aphrodite Wellness Resort, which will be located right on the seafront on the Gaziveren coast, 'Traditional Dedeman Hospitality' will be experienced with a different concept in the TRNC as of June 2026. The brand, which will return to Cyprus with the agreement, will have opened its first project belonging to the Suites and Residences brand in the foster homeland.

Turkey's largest local and national hotel chain Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International (DHRI) has signed an agreement for Dedeman Suites & Residences Gaziveren Cyprus, which will be located in Evergreen Developments' Aphrodite Wellness Resort project on the Gaziveren coast of Cyprus. The surprise signing ceremony held at the season opening event held in Erzurum Palandöken on December 12 was attended by Dedeman Holding Deputy Chairman Banu Dedeman, DHRI Chairman Ergün Demiray, Deputy Chairman Murat Özmestçi, Evergreen Developments Board of Directors and guests.

Aphrodite Wellness Resort, which will be located on the seafront on the Gaziveren coast, includes 6 blocks, 604 residences, Wellness, SPA, anti-aging clinics, beauty center and recreation areas. Dedeman Suites & Residences Gaziveren Cyprus, which will consist of 100 apartments within the project, will be opened in June 2026 in the TRNC.

The project, which will make everyone feel at home with the motto of 'home away from home', will include 1+1 and 2+1 apartments. Offering a special atmosphere with its modern and minimalist design and the natural materials used, Dedeman Suites & Residences Gaziveren Cyprus, which consists of carefully designed, fully furnished hotel-style apartments with kitchens, will be operated by DHRI.

The project will be marketed in more than 70 international rental channels that Dedeman works with, especially for health tourism purposes, and will also be available to more than 250 Dedeman Loyal Club members.

Hotel employees selected from among Northern Cyprus citizens will benefit from the “Dedeman Academy” training planned within the scope of the project.
