Eksim Food Group's new healthy nutrition focused brand Sano Gastro opened its first branch in Istanbul Göztepe. Aiming to offer its guests a healthy and personalized nutrition experience, the brand  offers experiences enriched with fresh and gluten-free ingredients suitable for every diet type.

The cheeses, which are naturally fermented and matured for 4 to 12 months depending on their type, are ready to serve after this process.”

Stating that they act with the awareness that nutrition is a dynamic phenomenon that is shaped according to the needs of individuals and different periods of their lives, Caner Bayıralan said, “At Sano Gastro 'Your Style, Your Meal' slogan, our guests can choose foods that suit their style from the menu, as well as create their own bowls and sandwiches with the products on the counter according to their preferences. In addition, we have a very rich beverage menu that includes detox drinks, shots, fruit juices and fruit juice mixes, handmade iced teas and ayran varieties, which are our own production and packaged with our special machine,” he said.
