Four Seasons Hotel IstanbulThe results announced at the ceremony held in , once again revealed Sankai by Nagaya’s leadership in both Istanbul’s and Turkey’s gastronomy scene. The restaurant, which opened its doors on the third floor of Bebek Hotel by The Stay last year, achieved great success by winning a Michelin Star just eight months after its opening. Sankai by Nagaya, which managed to retain this prestigious award this year as well, stands out as the only foreign cuisine representative in Turkey to receive a Michelin Star, while the unique experience it offers its guests continues to be appreciated in the international arena.

Executive Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya ve Head Chef Hiroko Shibata, continues to offer its guests an unforgettable experience with its traditional Kaiseki cuisine and Omakase tasting menus with Edomae sushi philosophy. Sankai's Chef Nagaya, who has retained its Michelin Star, expressed his feelings as follows: “As Sankai by Nagaya, we aim to not only offer our guests delicious plates, but also to create an experience where they can find perfection in every detail. Retaining our Michelin Star proves once again how much this approach is valued.He expressed it by saying.

Having received the 3 Hats award in Gault & Millau's guide, published for the first time in Turkey last year, having been awarded 5th place in the Pearly Gastronomy Awards and having crowned its success by retaining its Michelin Star, Sankai by Nagaya continues to offer a truly luxurious Japanese gastronomy journey.
