The menu specially prepared for this night includes; firstly, truffle foie gras ''Pate Choux'' and raspberry ''Compote''. Cold starters include; fermented salmon with mustard, hot appetizers include porcini mushroom ''Ravioli'', main course includes beef tenderloin, desserts include pumpkin ''Cremeux'', five spice ice cream ''Marzipan'' and chocolate varieties.
