Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced that it will add more than 4 rooms to its portfolio by signing 10 new hotel agreements under its four award-winning brands: DoubleTree by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton. The company will provide service with more than 1.000 hotels, including its operating and development hotels in Turkey.

We are in the most exciting period of our 70-year history in Turkey. We will open 10 new hotels and present our three new brands to our guests in the coming year. Bodrum Eskiçeşme, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Following the signing of the agreement with Sumka Real Estate Investment Development Inc., Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Bodrum Eskiçeşme is scheduled to open in May 2026. This hotel will be Hilton’s fourth property in Bodrum, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the southwestern coast of Turkey. Located in the Bitez district, famous for its stunning views and only a 15-minute drive from Bodrum city center, the property will feature 55 rooms, eight of which are suites. Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of food and beverage options, including a main restaurant with outdoor seating, as well as a pool bar, beach bar and lobby bar. Featuring a fitness center, spa, main pool, private children’s pool and five swimming pools, the property will offer a peaceful accommodation experience to all guests.
DoubleTree by Hilton Kars Sarikamis
Scheduled to open in the coming months DoubleTree by Hilton Kars SarikamisWithin the scope of the agreement made with Faras Construction Construction Industry Trade Limited Company, it will be Hilton’s first ski resort facility in Turkey. The hotel, which blends comfort and style, will have 18 rooms, 84 of which are suites. The lobby bar, restaurant and fitness center designed for relaxation and enjoyable time after skiing will be enriched with a health club including an indoor pool, traditional Turkish bath and therapy rooms. Guests will also be able to make their stay more comfortable by taking advantage of the hotel’s games room and ski equipment rental service. The hotel will host its guests with its location close to Sarıkamış’s unique ski resorts. After getting off the chairlift, guests will be able to easily reach the hotel’s entrance on foot or by skiing down the ski slope. Known for its heavy snowfall from December to April, Sarıkamış offers a rare ski experience on natural powder “crystal snow” found only in the Alps with seven ski slopes and 25 kilometers of trails that ski enthusiasts can explore.
Hilton's Brands in Turkey Are Increasing
Hilton’s mid-market portfolio will continue to expand with eight new properties opening over the next three years, each of which will be the first Hilton hotel in their region:
- Expected to open in 185 with 2025 rooms Hampton by Hilton Izmir Bornova It will be located close to the main connection road between Izmir's coastline and the rest of the city.
- Located a few steps away from Bitlis Castle Hilton Garden Inn Bitlis, will open in spring 112 with 2026 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness center and two meeting rooms.
- Hilton Garden Inn Tarsus, will be Hilton’s first property in the ancient city. The hotel, scheduled to open in 2026, will have 170 rooms. Guests will also have access to an outdoor dining terrace with a breakfast area and bar, four meeting rooms and a gym.
- The new hotel to be opened in Istanbul, Turkey's largest metropolis, in 2026 Hilton Garden Inn PendikIt will feature 136 rooms, an all-day dining area, a lobby bar, a fitness center and six meeting rooms.
- It will be located in the Aksu region of Antalya Hilton Garden Inn Antalya will start welcoming guests in 2026. The property will have 116 rooms, a lounge, restaurant, bar, fitness center and two meeting rooms. The hotel's facilities also include a main pool area, a special children's pool and a children's playground.
- Hampton by Hilton DuzceThe is planned to open in 2026 and will have 120 rooms. Located a five-minute drive from the city center, the hotel will feature two meeting rooms and a fitness center.
- Hilton Garden Inn Torbaliis planned to open in 2027. Located near the ancient city of Metropolis, the facility will have 122 rooms, a bar and a fitness center.
- Hilton Garden Inn AdiyamanIn addition to 120 rooms, there will be 38 rooms offering long-term accommodation, four meeting rooms and a fitness center. The facility is planned to be operational in 2027.
These hotels, which appeal to both business and leisure travelers, will offer stylish accommodation experiences and special facilities that reflect the different service standards of the two Hilton brands. There are currently 38 hotels operating under the Hampton and Hilton Garden Inn brands throughout Turkey. With the new agreements, in addition to these hotels, new hotels will also adopt the focused service approach in the Hilton portfolio.
2025 Will Be a Milestone Year for Hilton in Turkey
Next year, Hilton will celebrate its 70th anniversary in Turkey. In addition to ten new agreements across the country, Hilton will further strengthen its presence in one of the most popular locations in Turkey with Hilton Istanbul Airport under its flagship brand. Hilton Hotels & Resorts will continue to take innovative steps in the field of airport hotels and will reinforce its leadership in the sector by opening the first airport hotel in Turkey with the opening of Hilton Istanbul Airport in the summer of 2025.
In addition, Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, one of the iconic structures of Istanbul, is currently undergoing a comprehensive restoration process. The pool area and many redesigned rooms have started serving guests before the restoration is completed. The restoration is planned to be completed next year.
