The world-famous representative of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, Nobu Istanbul's 'Four Hands Dinner' menu's standout flavors include the taco plate prepared with the exquisite harmony of nori seaweed, quail eggs and caviar trio, and starters such as toro tuna salad with tomato sauce. The menu, which continues with the chefs' special sushi selection, emphasizes Nobu's iconic flavors in the main courses. The main courses to be offered to the guests include; Chilean sea bass cooked in champagne sauce, Wagyu beef slowly roasted with forest mushrooms, and oven-baked king crab combined with chimichurri and pistachios. As a dessert finale, the Mont Blanc dessert prepared with chestnut puree and special milk cream, which adds a sweet touch to cold winter days, will be offered to the guests.
