Uzakrota, one of the most comprehensive events that bring together the tourism and travel industries, held its fourth and largest summit in Istanbul in 2024. The summit, which was attended by 250 companies of different sizes from various sub-sectors of tourism to learn what their potential business partners are doing and to develop new networks, brought together more than 15 tourism professionals. The summit, which was sponsored by brands such as Amadeus, Turkish Airlines, Tourism Malaysia, Emirates, Paximum, and Tourmania, was opened by Uzakrota Founder Gökhan Erdoğan, TÜROB President Müberra Eresin, IBB Tourism Director Hüseyin Gazi Coşan, and Liverpool Tourism Director Tom Cassidy.
Uzakrota's traditional travel awards, organized in its 14th year, have found their winners. The results of the voting held between October 28 and November 01 have been announced. A total of 5 votes were cast in 40 categories over 42.465 days this year. The winning brands received their awards at the ceremony held at the Fasterpay After Party by Uzakrota event.
