Mehmet Emin Çangal graduated from Yeditepe University's Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a scholarship in 2005 and received his MBA from the same university in 2009. During this time, he transferred his technical experience, such as customer service and network planning, to the marketing field following Türk Telekom's merger with Avea. There, he gained significant experience in product marketing, business development, and customer experience. Çangal, who has served as marketing director at Protel since February 2024, directs the marketing strategies of all brands within the holding. Mehmet Emin Çangal, appointed COO of Simpra as of July 2025, will assume responsibility for all marketing, business development, and sales operations at Simpra.

Şeyda Gönül graduated from Mersin University's Tourism Management program and completed her master's degree in Public Relations and Publicity at Erciyes University.
