Form Endüstri Ürünleri’s marine source HVAC solutions, which bring together high efficiency and maximum comfort, were the choice of one of Çeşme’s most exclusive hotels, Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA. Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, which previously preferred similar systems from Form and is located in Çeşme Boyalık, one of Izmir’s popular locations, once again trusted Form’s quality for device renewals and air conditioning of additional sections, and
turned to solutions that provide simultaneous efficiency in cooling.
In the project, a total of 2 heat pumps were used, including 2 WSHN-XEE80.2 MF 2, 1 WSHH-LEE45.2 1 and 2 WSHN-XEE60.2 5, which can produce cold and hot water independently of each other and have 100% heat recovery within themselves. With these devices, 255 kW, 2×328 kW and 2×184 kW capacities were provided. In this way, the system was designed to meet the air conditioning needs of different areas simultaneously in both summer and winter.

High Efficiency and Complete Comfort with Seawater Source Systems

All devices provided by Form Endüstri Ürünleri for the Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, Çeşme project use seawater as a source. In this way, hot water needs of up to 78°C can be safely met in the hotel's kitchen areas, showers in the rooms and SPA sections. The fact that the systems used within the scope of the project reach a seasonal efficiency value of over 7.5 in the heating and cooling processes constitutes an important indicator in terms of energy performance.
