In this context, we have developed various strategies to increase women’s employment and provide them with career opportunities. Our aim is to offer equal opportunities to all our employees by placing gender equality at the center of our workplace. The female employment rate in our holding is 55 percent, while it is 90 percent at Agrotermal. In order to prioritize women’s employment and set an example for society, we have become a member of the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and aim to increase women’s participation in the workforce by implementing these principles. We aim to maintain and further improve these rates in the future. We plan to continue to develop programs and projects that will support women’s career development and ensure that women’s employment is balanced and sustainable at all levels.”

We implement women's leadership programs, talent development workshops and internal mentor-mentee programs. We also regularly organize leadership seminars and personal development trainings to support the career development of women managers. With this strategy, we are taking constructive steps to support the career advancement of women managers. We are establishing networks that enable women leaders to come together, share their experiences and support each other.”
