The winners of the 14th "Quality Management Awards" have been announced. In the "Quality is the Light" organization, the winners were determined by a two-stage voting method. The candidate list, which was created by general public voting in the first stage, was evaluated by tourism industry professionals in the second stage and the winners were determined. Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus is preparing to host the most elegant evenings of the summer. The special program, which will feature unforgettable gastronomic experiences against the enchanting Bosphorus view of Istanbul, will begin with an exclusive menu prepared by Chef Marcel Finsterer at AQUA on the evening of June 27. This special meal will be followed by a special tasting menu to be served at YALI Lounge between June 28 and July 7. In addition, the Sushi Master Class, which will take place on June 30, will offer a rare sushi workshop experience for taste lovers interested in Japanese cuisine.

An Elegant Evening Overlooking the Bosphorus on June 27

The special menu, signed by Chef Marcel Finsterer, brings together the refined flavors of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines in the enchanting atmosphere of the Bosphorus. The evening begins with 'Kaisendon' prepared with Gillardeau oysters, shrimp, fresh wakame seaweed and Tosazu sauce. Then, 'Sushi Moriawase' prepared with the chef's choice of premium fish is served.

The hot starter, 'Scallop' plate served with leeks, kimchi sauce, leek oil and trout caviar, is noteworthy. The first main course, 'Mediterranean sea bass' served with lemongrass sauce, green asparagus and plankton oil. The second main course, 'Beef tenderloin' prepared with maitake mushrooms and Sichuan sauce, offers a sophisticated taste.

The dessert is an original composition reflecting the tropical harmony of coconut and lemongrass: “Coconut Pain de Gain”, served with coconut cremeux, mango compote flavored with lemongrass and mango jelly, adds a fresh finishing touch to a summer evening.

Sashimi options include marinated tuna, sea bass flavored with kombu, and delicately flavored marinated salmon. The nigiri selection features carefully prepared flavors such as marinated tuna blended with green onion, flame-grilled beef with truffle flavor, sea bass flavored with yuzu, and marinated salmon served with daikon radish.

The maki rolls in the last section of the menu continue the flavor journey with the chef's creative interpretation and quality of ingredients. Form Endüstri Ürünleri’s marine source HVAC solutions, which bring together high efficiency and maximum comfort, were the choice of one of Çeşme’s most exclusive hotels, Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA. Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, which previously preferred similar systems from Form and is located in Çeşme Boyalık, one of Izmir’s popular locations, once again trusted Form’s quality for device renewals and air conditioning of additional sections, and

turned to solutions that provide simultaneous efficiency in cooling.

In the project, a total of 2 heat pumps were used, including 2 WSHN-XEE80.2 MF 2, 1 WSHH-LEE45.2 1 and 2 WSHN-XEE60.2 5, which can produce cold and hot water independently of each other and have 100% heat recovery within themselves. With these devices, 255 kW, 2×328 kW and 2×184 kW capacities were provided. In this way, the system was designed to meet the air conditioning needs of different areas simultaneously in both summer and winter.

High Efficiency and Complete Comfort with Seawater Source Systems

All devices provided by Form Endüstri Ürünleri for the Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, Çeşme project use seawater as a source. In this way, hot water needs of up to 78°C can be safely met in the hotel's kitchen areas, showers in the rooms and SPA sections. MF type multifunctional devices can provide simultaneous heating and cooling every day of the year by utilizing waste heat. In this way, both energy savings are achieved and comfort is not compromised.

The prominent advantages of the system include the ability of the compressors to work in redundant mode, to switch to heating or cooling mode as needed, and the possibility of simultaneous heating and cooling with MF devices. The fact that the systems used within the scope of the project reach a seasonal efficiency value of over 7.5 in the heating and cooling processes constitutes an important indicator in terms of energy performance.
