Located in Marmaris, one of the most popular holiday destinations of the summer months with its clear sea and natural beauties, Kızılbük GYO is preparing to contribute to the region in many areas with its investment in Kızılbük Thermal Wellness Resort in the İçmeler region.
Mahmut Sefa Çelik, General Manager of Kızılbük GYO, stated that the project, which is being carried out by Kızılbük GYO and is currently under construction, will have a flawless appearance befitting the region when completed. He continued: “Throughout our half-century history, in every project we have undertaken, we have made it our mission to add value to the region and to touch the living spaces of the local people. We are transforming this area, which has been derelict for 30 years and about which no comments have been made, into a project that will contribute to Marmaris 12 months a year. At this point, we also encounter many negative criticisms. However, a 30-year-old derelict structure, in its current state, does not provide any benefit to the region, and the presence of the construction site also creates a negative impact on the area. Of course, we take the criticisms we encounter into account, but we are also very proud to transform a derelict and abandoned structure into a value-added project and to build a peaceful world in harmony with nature.”
“It will be a Peace Area and Life Center Integrated with Nature”
Mahmut Sefa Çelik, stating that construction is ongoing and the project should not be judged by its current appearance, said : “Our project is still under construction, and we are aware that its current appearance is not satisfactory. However, contrary to what is being shown, when completed it will be a peaceful area and living center integrated with nature.”
Over 35 Thousand Trees Have Already Been Planted in the Project
More than 35 thousand trees have already been planted in the project, where landscaping works continue. Efforts continue to plant thousands of trees and plants of many varieties, from red pine native to the region to sandalwood, the symbol of health. The project will also include thousands of trees and plants of dozens of different species, such as Olive, King Alexandrae Palm, Dwarf Mediterranean Fan Palm, Dragon Tree, Bird of Paradise Plant, Orchid Tree, Nadal Plum, Coral Flower, Queen Palm and Oleander.
