Signature Flavors in Shang Brunch Vol.2

In Shang Brunch Vol.2, which will be like a festival; Luigi Mariconda's with potatoes and provola; rice salad with egg, mozzarella, peas and cherry tomatoes, gravlax with salmon and beetroot; The menu, consisting of spinach salad with gorgonzola cheese, pear and walnuts, and eggplant parmigiana, will be presented to guests at the live station.
