"Turkish Cuisine Week" is celebrated with various events at Konya Metropolitan Municipality Vocational Courses (KOMEK).
In events where traditional recipes are combined with modern interpretations, different recipes are cooked within the framework of sustainability and environmental awareness.
The rich heritage of Turkish cuisine is brought to light throughout the week with events held at Bosna KOMEK, Karatay ASEM, Karatay KOMEK and Akabe KOMEK Course Centers.
MEALS ARE PREPARED WITHOUT WASTE OF INGREDIENTS
KOMEK trainees who attended the event stated that Turkish cuisine is a very rich cuisine and explained that they prepared the best recipes within the scope of the Zero Waste Project.
The trainees said that they drew attention to the richness of Turkish cuisine without wasting any waste in the ingredients used in the recipes.
KOMEK PROVIDES TRAINING TO KNOW ABOUT TURKISH CUISINE
KOMEK carries out various projects to highlight the rich heritage and flavors of Turkish cuisine.
KOMEK, which carries out studies to take into account the sustainable structure of Turkish cuisine, continues its Turkish Cuisine training in 14 different course centers.
