Our hotel opened in the summer of 2021. As a tourist facility, as is the case with all hotels worldwide, fabric awnings, wooden retractable and detachable shades, and pergolas have been constructed in the garden, not adjacent to the hotel, to protect guests from wind, rain, and sun. These pergolas are for use only by the hotel's restaurant businesses and are intended for use as pergolas. According to the Zoning Law and Istanbul Regulations, these lightweight, retractable and detachable structures, which are not subject to permits, do not constitute any violation.
