Serpil Güney, with over 20 years of international experience in the hospitality industry, has led numerous successful hotel openings, conversions, and renovations at Hilton in countries including Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia. Prior to Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, Güney served as general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton M Square Hotel & Residences in Dubai and the Umana Bali LXR Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia, where she led numerous successful openings and critically acclaimed projects.

Güney, the hotel's first female general manager, said, “I am delighted to join the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti family as general manager. With my long-standing experience in finance and the expertise I've gained from opening numerous hotels abroad, I'm here to strategically contribute to Hilton Istanbul Bomonti's growth journey and achieve even greater success together.
