A New Value for Mardin from Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International: Signatures Signed for Park Dedeman Midyat
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International (DHRI), Türkiye's first domestic hotel chain and a leader in the tourism and accommodation sector for over half a century, has taken a significant step toward bringing its third hotel to Mardin, a captivating city in Southeastern Anatolia. Contracts have been signed for Park Dedeman Midyat, a project to be built in Midyat, a district that has attracted worldwide attention for its cultural richness, architecture, and millennia-old history.
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International, which already serves Mardin with Park Dedeman Mardin and Rest & More by Dedeman Mardin Kızıltepe, makes a strong contribution to the region. With its new hotel, which combines deep-rooted values and the "Everyone's Dedeman" philosophy with modern touches, it further strengthens its presence in Mardin. Park Dedeman Midyat, which will form the third ring, is positioned as a hub that will contribute to the region's economy and cultural tourism, going beyond simply being a hotel investment.
In the Footsteps of Heritage, in the Heart of Comfort
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International aims to make every guest feel at home, embracing diversity as a source of richness. Mardin's multiculturalism is one of the few places where this vision truly materializes. In this city, where diverse beliefs, languages, and traditions intertwine, tourism is not just about travel, but also about experiencing and connecting.
Park Dedeman Midyat, brought to life through investment from Zenak Tourism Industry and Trade Co. Ltd., is driven by the initiative's aim to add lasting value to the growing cultural and touristic interest in recent years. Park Dedeman Midyat will offer guests an unforgettable experience by combining the legacy of this unique heritage with modern accommodation standards. It will not only serve as a starting point for visitors to Midyat but also contribute to the increased visibility of local heritage on both a national and international scale.
More Than a Hotel: Park Dedeman Midyat
Rising in the heart of Midyat, Park Dedeman Midyat is the district's first and only corporate hotel, bringing a breath of fresh air to the area's accommodations. The hotel's most striking architectural feature is the use of Midyat stone, a natural material particularly evident in the presidential suites and lobby areas, complemented by motifs reflecting the region's cultural heritage.
The hotel will offer a total of 95 rooms, all with balconies and natural light. Room types include six suites, two family rooms, four royal suites, one accessible room, and 6 standard rooms. Spacious lobbies on either side of the entrance reception area offer spacious areas where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. The 2-seat restaurant on the terrace floor will serve an open buffet breakfast in the mornings and à la carte dishes throughout the day. The multi-purpose meeting room on the lobby floor and the Dedeman DC Store are easily accessible from both inside and outside the hotel. The wellness area offers a sauna, Turkish bath, steam rooms, massage rooms, and a modern fitness center, promising a complete relaxation and rejuvenation experience.
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International Chairman Ergün Demiray shared his thoughts on the Park Dedeman Midyat investment with the following words:
"Preserving Midyat's cultural heritage while bringing modern accommodation standards to the region is among our priorities at Dedeman. This project will not only contribute to tourism but will also revitalize the regional economy and create employment opportunities. We will continue our investments with determination to strengthen our presence in Mardin and sustainably grow the region's tourism potential."
Park Dedeman Midyat is not just a hotel; it stands out as a center poised to transform the region's tourism vision. With this investment, Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International will add a strong link to its chain in Mardin and continue to expand its presence in the region with new projects in the coming period.
