Ekici Cheese Appeared at the 31st WorldFood Istanbul Fair

Turkey's cheese expert Ekici participated in the 31st WorldFood Istanbul Fair with all its product groups. At the fair held in TÜYAP between 6-9 September, 38 participants from 1117 countries and nearly 161 thousand industry professionals from 65 countries met. At the fair, where there is the opportunity to meet and talk with more than 73 VIP buyers from 800 countries, the business volume expected from the participants is expected to be around 2 billion euros. During the fair, participants had the opportunity to taste different types of cheese at Ekici Cheese's stand.

Ekici General Manager Burçin Ekici stated that the participants in the fair would make a positive contribution to Turkey's exports, which would consequently benefit the food sector and the national economy. He said, “During the fair, we presented our new flavors to buyers and consumers. The product tastings we held at our stand attracted great interest. Throughout the four-day fair, we had the opportunity to meet and talk with chain supermarkets, distributors, and buyers operating in the HORECA channel in the European Union, the Middle East, Turkic Republics , the Far East, and the Americas. As a result of the connections we made at the fair, we aim to expand our international sales network and increase our brand awareness. In addition to our existing product groups, we also plan to develop new products for these markets by conducting R&D studies for products that have the potential to be in demand in different markets.”
