With nearly a century of history and experience, Champion tea has a well-established customer base worldwide, and it continues to grow since joining Beta Gıda. Beta Gıda, which brought Champion to Turkey and introduced it to Turkish consumers, plays a significant role in this growth.
Champion tea, which was part of Beta Tea's product range, was launched under the umbrella of Beta Gıda, creating its own product family and offering eight different varieties: Champion Pekoe, Champion Earl Grey, Champion Long Leaf, Champion Kenya Sunset, Champion Assam, Champion Green, Champion Green 8810, and Champion Passion. The brand also celebrated its 85th anniversary by launching three additional seasonal products – Champion Platinum, Champion Green Gold, and Champion Gold – in the Azerbaijani market.
Champion, which has an important position in the world tea market, is among the high-quality brands in all markets it enters, especially in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan; It is deemed worthy of awards for its taste and quality. Champion tea was recently awarded the Superior Quality award by the Independent Russian Inspection Agency Roskontrol in 2020 with its Champion Pekoe product.
Champion Ceylon Tea, grown in the high altitude regions of Sri Lanka, is curled with special machines and processed with a special production technique. This tea, which offers a very rich drinking pleasure thanks to the antioxidants and flavonoids it contains, is known to help lower blood pressure and combat age-related cognitive disorders.
