The restaurant, which serves breakfast, all day and two tasting menus, serves hotel guests as well as guests from outside. It has attracted great attention since the day it opened. GauzeCumalıoğlu explained with the following words: “We prepared our menus to meet every need of our guests. Our menu is not based on a single cuisine. “We adapt flavors from all over the world with our own knowledge and experience and reflect them in our cuisine.”
From Forest to Plate
Stating that they use the diversity offered by their geography in their dishes, Cumalıoğlu said, “It is an incredible privilege to be in the forest. It feels great to be surrounded by plants, flowers and fruits that you can turn into food. As a team, we are very excited to present the products we collect from the forest to our guests. "We are inspired by where we are," he said.
