Novikov, one of the world's leading restaurant chains, takes its place among the most exclusive and indispensable locations in Bodrum in the summer of 2023 with its restaurants that reached three different concepts two years ago. Novikov projects in Bodrum, which offer three different visions: Novikov Asia, Novikov Italy and Novikov Helipad Lounge, welcome their guests who wish to have an unforgettable gastronomy experience. Located at the most fascinating point of Yalıkavak Marina, which was awarded the "Best International Marina 2020" award. At Novikov Asia, guests will find a distinctive fish market and Pan-Asian cuisine, showcasing carefully selected fish and seafood from around the world. The seafood chosen by the guests is cooked in the open kitchen of the restaurant in the way the guests prefer. The carefully prepared menu includes flavors that highlight comprehensive Pan Asian cooking techniques such as Robata, Wok, Teppanyaki, Sushi/Sashimi and Tempura. Novikov Asia's signature dishes include Alaskan King Crab with wasabi gratin, Miso-marinated Black Cod and Peking Duck.

Novikov Italy allows its guests to experience a unique Italian dining experience. Novikov Italy's signature dishes, where the highest quality products are used, include Mediterranean red shrimp carpaccio flavored with lemon sauce, baked eggplant parmigiana, Scottish salmon tartare with yoghurt sauce, quail eggs with pomegranate and Sicilian king crab salad.

In addition to its classic recipes, Novikov Bodrum also offers special menus with new flavors inspired by local ingredients and flavors such as Bodrum's fresh tangerines and satsumas.

Located on the roof of Novikov Bodrum (Asia), Novikov Helipad Lounge welcomes its guests with an extensive cocktail and wine menu, delightful snacks and breathtaking sunset views.

Throughout the season, Novikov Bodrum will host its guests with Novikov Restaurants Executive Chef Luka Malacarne, Novikov Bodrum Italy Chef Marco Lubian and Novikov Bodrum Asia Chef Somsak Wongta. Additionally, guests will enjoy Chef-Bartender Raşit Tuzcu's signature cocktails.

Long Bar, continues to offer its guests enjoyable moments with its modern, friendly atmosphere and special flavors. Throughout November, Ezgi Ayçe, Demet Sağıroğlu, Fetih Erkoç, Bora Öztoprak, and Barbaros will be performing on the Long Bar Live stage.

The Long Bar Live program, which can be attended at a table, a lounge, in front of the bar or in a bistro setting, begins with dinner at 20:00, continues with live music at 22:00 and DJ performance at 23:45.

The Long Bar Live night, where fresh and unique flavors come together, features a set menu that begins with homemade foccacio bread and North Aegean cold-pressed olive oil, burrata salad, fresh artichokes with shrimp, spicy chickpea bruschetta, and mushroom arancini.
