Offering three distinct visions – Novikov Asia, Novikov Italy, and Novikov Helipad Lounge – the Novikov projects in Bodrum welcome guests seeking an unforgettable gastronomic experience. At Novikov Asia, guests will find a distinctive fish market and Pan-Asian cuisine, showcasing carefully selected fish and seafood from around the world. The seafood chosen by the guests is cooked in the open kitchen of the restaurant in the way the guests prefer. The carefully prepared menu includes flavors that highlight comprehensive Pan Asian cooking techniques such as Robata, Wok, Teppanyaki, Sushi/Sashimi and Tempura. Novikov Italy allows its guests to experience a unique Italian dining experience.
