“100 Percent of Our Total Consumption Will Be Met from Sustainable Energy Sources”

Stating that, as Kervan Gıda, they have made renewable energy studies a company culture. Kervan Gıda General Manager Burhan Basar, “The most important investment we made in renewable energy was to install solar power plants on all our roofs in the Akhisar region. Thanks to these installed solar power plants, we not only contribute to the country's economy and energy management by providing some of our own energy from the sun, but also follow a policy that respects nature by reducing our carbon footprint. We believe that with our current solar power project investment, 100 percent of our total consumption will be met from sustainable energy sources. "When we evaluate our solar power investments according to the recovery calculation, we calculate that our investment will amortize itself in a short period of 4 years," he said.

“We Will Have the Maximum Solar Energy Investment with Manisa”

Stating that they continue their solar power investments to meet their consumption with sustainable energy, Başar said, “In addition to the roof investments, we purchased a 310 thousand square meter land in Gördes district of Manisa and we will place our solar panels here with an investment of approximately 20 million dollars. We expect the power plant we plan to have a power of 20.5 MW. "When this investment is completed, as Kervan Gıda, we will have the maximum solar power installation investment, which we plan to meet all our energy needs and which is the legal limit," he said.

Eksun Gıda's EBITDA Reaches 144 Million TL | HORECA TREND

According to the results prepared in accordance with the inflation accounting principles of Turkish Accounting Standards 29 (TMS 29), Eksun Gıda's net sales revenue for the first six months was 6 billion TL, with a gross profit of 5 million TL and a gross profit margin of 562,2 percent. According to data without inflation accounting, Eksun Gıda achieved a net profit of 11,2 million TL in the first six months of the year, once again demonstrating its financial strength.

One of the key developments in Eksun Gıda's recent investment processes was the acquisition of an operating certificate for Babaeski Tarım Ürünleri Lisanslı Depoculuk A.Ş. (Furthermore, Babaeski Tarım Ürünleri Lisanslı Depoculuk A.Ş.). This initiative aims to increase the company's storage capacity in its raw material supply chain and enhance operational reliability.
