The brand moved its boutique located in Istanbul İstinyePark to a larger area inside the shopping center, bringing it to unique features in Turkey. Focusing on providing sustainable quality at every stage of the value chain and maintaining a privileged and personalized relationship directly with its customers, the brand is the largest of its 13 locations in Turkey. Nespresso İstinyePark Boutiqueopened its doors to coffee lovers with its renewed face. The boutique, which has a unique experience area with the wide range of products offered, is also in every detail. It reflects Nespresso's respect for the roots of bean-to-cup coffee and its commitment to sustainability. The boutique wall adorned with handmade Iznik tiles, inspired by Turkey's deep history and colorful culture, and the Recycling Machine, where the separation of the aluminum capsule from the coffee pulp can be watched live, the Engraving Machine, where special gifts can be prepared, and the Milk Foam Printing Machine are among the innovations offered.

From Bean to Cup Experience Journey

Nespresso aims to provide an interactive shopping experience in İstinyePark Boutique for coffee lovers to discover tastes and products suitable for their lifestyles. In addition to helping visitors find the most suitable coffee machines and accessories for them, the brand also focuses on raising awareness about sustainability and providing pleasant moments. While making its visitors a part of recycling with a sustainability perspective, it also visually diversifies coffee tastings and offers a versatile experience with enjoyable routines. For this purpose, Nespresso takes everyone who comes to the Boutique on an experience journey consisting of three different parts with the concept of “Connect, Discover, Get Involved”, where they will find answers to all their questions step by step. Thus, coffee lovers are first informed with the concept of “connect” from the entrance area, then they have the opportunity to examine products suitable for their lifestyle with “discover” and complete this unique experience journey by tasting with the concept of “include”.

At the entrance of the Boutique, there is a section where all coffees can be viewed and information can be obtained. Here, the boutique team first greets the visitors and informs and guides them according to the questions and needs. As you progress through the Boutique, you reach a section where all Nespresso's machine and accessory products are displayed. This section allows visitors to see all the product options together and review products that fit their tastes and lifestyles. Finally, the transition is made to the tasting area of ​​the boutique. Here, coffee lovers have the opportunity to experience all the coffees of interest, specially prepared recipes and personalized coffees, accompanied by coffee experts.  

Standing out with its innovative features, the boutique turns into the center of attention with its decoration. Environmentally designed furniture for a sustainable world FSC[1] consists of stamped products. It is pointed out that it is possible to make environmentally friendly productions with decoration items where most of the aluminum materials are produced from recycled aluminum and the table surfaces are re-evaluated with compressed coffee grounds.

Iznik Tiles at IstinyePark Boutique 

For the first time in Turkey, Nespresso also hosts an artistic design in İstinyePark Boutique, where the brand expresses its respect for cultural assets and history. The tile motif, which has an important place in the Anatolian decorative art, plays a leading role on the walls of the experience area, where the deep-rooted Turkish coffee culture is reflected. Again this year, the brand offered Istanbul Espresso to the world in its World Explorations series, inspired by Turkish coffee culture and rituals.

Taking care to add regional touches in its coffees and experience areas, Nespresso has carried out a special work in order to keep the hundreds of years old motifs of Iznik Tiles alive in this unique experience area with recycled furniture. Nespresso also supported the women craftsmen of the Iznik Foundation with this work that adorned the walls of the boutique. The tile patterns drawn by hand, one by one, by female artisans working within the Iznik Foundation, consist of “hatayi” motifs based on Central Asia and China-Turkestan.

The Separation Process of Coffee from Capsules Can Be Watched Live

Different from the recycling areas in each boutique to leave the used capsules, there is a Recycling Machine in İstinyePark Boutique where you can observe how the capsules are recycled. In this area, the separation process of the coffee from the aluminum capsules can be watched live after the capsules are poured into the drawer. At the same time, with the Engraving Machine, which was put into practice for the first time in Turkey, coffee lovers can have their loved ones prepare personalized gifts and design products with special messages or figures for themselves. With the Milk Foam Printing Machine in the Boutique, personalized works can be applied to the coffees that are served and tasted.
