Be Premium Bodrum created a unique gastronomic experience by blending the regional flavors of Bodrum and the Aegean with carefully selected examples from world cuisine, bringing together diverse tastes . The gastronomic event, which ran from July 1st to September 10th, featured three Michelin-starred chefs Thomas Bühner from Germany, two Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero from Spain, one Michelin-starred chef Anatoly Kazakov from Russia, two Michelin-starred chef Anthony Genovese from Italy, and one Michelin-starred chef Yoji Tokuyoshi from Japan.
Yoji Tokuyoshi, the last Michelin-starred chef of the event, will bring his special menu together with gastronomy lovers at Notias Restaurant in Be Premium Bodrum until 10 September. Many famous names from the business and art world were at Notias to experience the menu, which is already in high demand.
Among the fans of Chef Yoji, who has a restaurant in Milan, there are star football players and the most important names of the fashion world. Born in Japan, Tokuyoshi grew up in the small town of Tottori. Coming from a family of pharmacists, her career choice was rather unorthodox. At the age of 18, Tokuyoshi left his hometown to attend culinary school in Tokyo, and then worked in a number of Italian restaurants. Ten years later, he embarked on a life-changing trip in Italy. Working as a sous-chef at Osteria Francescana for eight years, Tokuyoshi also had the opportunity to work with the most respected chefs such as Ferran Adrià. The famous chef, whose dishes bear an element of his dual personality between two cultures, opened his own restaurant Tokuyoshi in Milan on February 4, 2015 and received his first Michelin star in December 2015.
Volkan Gökay, Sales and Marketing Coordinator of the hotel group, which continues to bring together the Michelin-starred chefs, who have shaped the world cuisine with their passion and originality, with their guests throughout the summer, said, "We are continuing our efforts to bring 'Be Premium Bodrum' to a different point in Bodrum tourism. In this organization, which was held for the first time in Turkey, we hosted 5 esteemed Michelin-starred chefs who are world-renowned and made a difference in their own kitchens. We have started our negotiations to host Michelin-starred chefs in Bodrum again next year, as part of our plans to make this organization permanent, which has attracted great interest. With this great organization; We are happy to contribute to both Turkey's tourism and the development of Bodrum as a gastronomy center.
