Turkish Cuisine Week activities, organized with the initiatives of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, continue in all its glory. Events that will start on May 21 and will take place in foreign representative offices around the world and in our country until May 27, IT's favorite brand Anatolia in Taste also accompanies. Serving for the preservation, development and promotion of our traditional cuisine for exactly 11 years, Tadında Anadolu offers its local and foreign guests a pleasant eating and drinking experience with its special menu prepared with the creative presentations of its master chefs.

Turkish Cuisine Week activities, organized for the first time this year by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, have started. The events, which will be held every year from 21 to 27 May from now on, aim to transfer our gastronomic culture to future generations by bringing our culinary heritage to large masses.

Tadinde Anadolu, which presents more than 600 recipes from all regions of Turkey with the materials it buys from producers working with traditional methods, participates in the events with its branch in the Istanbul Airport international terminal. Supporting the increase in awareness of Turkish cuisine, which offers a great richness that leaves a mark not only on the past and tradition, but also on the future, Tadında Anadolu offers the special Istanbul menu selected for the Turkish Cuisine Week from the book "Turkish Cuisine with Centennial Recipes" simultaneously with our foreign representatives all over the world. Istanbul menu consisting of stuffed cherry leaf wrap, artichokes with olive oil, fish stew, sultana liked and quince dessert; In addition to the healthy storage and cooking techniques of our kitchen, it also draws attention to its waste-free, ecological and sustainable aspects. These ancient delicacies, which Anatolia brings together with its guests from all over the world, are welcomed with great interest and pleasure by both local and foreign visitors, enabling them to experience all aspects of Turkish cuisine.

Tadında Anadolu, a BTA brand, provides service at Istanbul Airport in an area of ​​1700 square meters after passport control on international departures.
