Located in Koyunbaba Bay in Bodrum, a captivating spot where green meets blue, Astrid Hotel Bodrum promises its guests a comfortable, luxurious, and unforgettable holiday experience this summer. With a total of 41 rooms – three suites, six connecting family rooms, and 32 standard rooms – all rooms feature French balconies and offer views of fragrant mandarin orchards or the sea, boasting elegant interior design reflecting Scandinavian simplicity. Access to the beach is provided by buggy vehicles. Astrid Hotel Bodrum also features three separate swimming pools: one for adults, one for children, and one for sun loungers. The sun lounger pool, where guests can relax on loungers directly in the pool, is particularly noteworthy for its elegant marble construction.

Yasemin Diker, who has traveled the world for many years and has experienced the cuisine of almost every country, says that her tastes have also shaped the cuisine and menu of Astrid Hotel Bodrum. For example, Diker says that a very good pasta recipe he ate in Greece is on the menu of the hotel, and that he expects a very special fine dining concept at Astrid Hotel Bodrum, which he created.

Diker, who added that he had a special interest in gastronomy since his childhood, and that this curiosity extends to making his own recipes beyond just experiencing different tastes, said, “When I was 9 years old, I created an Ottoman lemonade recipe from a cookbook that caught my attention at home. The lemonade was liked so much that I continued to make it periodically. Ottoman lemonade, which is Astrid's welcome treat today, belongs to this recipe.” says.
