Park Hyatt Appointed Revenue Manager to Istanbul Maçka Palas

Eray Çaka has been appointed as the new 'Revenue Manager' at Park Hyatt Istanbul Maçka Palas , one of the most prestigious hotels in Nişantaşı, which attracts guests with its Italian architecture.

Eray Çaka, with his goal-oriented professional perspective and more than ten years of hotel experience, started his professional career in the front office department of Rixos Bomonty's opening team. Eray Çaka, who made a name for himself with his outstanding success and guest satisfaction, was promoted in a short time and continued his career with the titles of 'Night Manager and Duty Manager' at DoubleTree by Hilton Oldtown Istanbul. During this time, Çaka received many awards in the field of guest satisfaction in the European region with his team, and specialized in this field by taking trainings in the field of Revenue Management.

Çaka, who was the 'Front Office and Revenue Manager' in the opening staff of Hyatt House Gebze in 2017, won the first prize in the European region in the categories of “Guest Satisfaction, Guest Loyalty Program and Upsell Conversion Rate” for four consecutive years with his team.

Eray Çaka, who was appointed to Park Hyatt Istanbul Maçka Palas in March, which provides luxury accommodation services with its historical building and personalized service understanding, will serve as the 'Revenue Manager'.
